• JellyC has signed an agreement with Animoca Capital to distribute Animoca Capital Fund 1 to Institutional investors.

• Fund 1 is a mid-late stage growth equity Fund which targets equity transactions in the blockchain space.

• The leadership team includes Yat Siu (Co-Founder of Animoca Brands), Homer Sun (Managing Partner of Animoca Capital) & Robby Yung (CEO Animoca Brands & Partner of Animoca Capital).

• Fund 1 will have access to world-class deal flow through its association with Animoca Brands.

Strategy

• Fund 1 will seek to invest in a portfolio of ~20 Web3 companies.

• The primary Web3 focus areas include; infrastructure, metaverse, marketplaces, blockchain gaming & financial.

• Core target characteristics include; established industry leadership, outstanding management teams, low regulatory risk, proven monetisation & attractive unit economics, blue chip existing investor base & attractive valuation based on historical benchmarking across cycles.

• Fund 1 is a closed Fund with distributions on a deal by deal U.S. waterfall basis.
