• Fund 1 is a late stage Venture Capital Fund based in the Cayman Islands.

• Fund 1 invests in Series A, B, C & D, targeting premium Web3, metaverse & digital infrastructure assets.

• Fund 1 is a closed Fund that targets a maturity of 7 to 10 years.
