What is the Node Fund?
An institutional grade Fund which offers exposure to tier 1 digital assets.
Layer 0/1/2’s such as Ethereum, BSC, Cosmos, Polkadot & Polygon are some of the open blockchain networks which the Node Fund will invest in.
The networks charge gas fees for validating transactions. The Node Fund will run a validation service which captures the ‘enhanced’ yield on the tier 1 investments. The yield will be paid out to investors on a periodical basis.
The tier 1 assets will be held by institutional grade custodians.
The POS validation service will be run out of the custody account.
The tier 1 assets will be insured with an independent insurance policy.
In summary, the Node Fund invests in the ‘toll roads of the crypto superhighway’. The Node Validation Service is like running a taxi service on the crypto superhighway. It is moving transactions from A to B in consideration for a taxi fare, which is being paid back to the investor.
